Please allow for delays in delivery due to increased volumes of postal orders during Covid and over the Christmas period.

We will deliver your order as soon as possible - subject to your chosen chocolates being in stock. Normally, orders will arrive within 7 business days. International orders are generally received in less than 15 business days. All our orders are delivered via courier.

Pick Up Orders

If you live in Dingle or near the area you may wish to collect your order in person. The pick up address is as follows:

Order Not In Stock

If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you. You will always be offered the option to cancel your order if you’d rather not wait.

Tax Charges

We do not accept any responsibilities for local custom regulations and tax charges are levied depending upon product and country of destination.

Local Climate and Couriers

We strive to deliver our chocolates in the best possible condition but cannot be responsible for weather conditions locally, failure of local postal representatives or couriers who do not leave a notice of ‘ attempt to deliver’ or inspections by local customs officers.

Failure to Receive

If you do not receive your order in a timely manner please inform us and if it has been returned to us we will offer to refund the cost of chocolate less any postal charges incurred by us. Alternatively we will ship again subject to another postal charge being paid.
